Returns & Exchanges

It's a well known fact that its a bride's prerogative to change her mind!



All Ryley & Flynn dresses are cut and made by hand, here in Tamworth, Staffordshire. As they are cut to order dresses are non refundable and non returnable, however due to our detailed order process we are sure you will be thrilled with your dress, but if you you are unhappy for any reason please let us know so we can rectify the problem. 
Our made to measure mail order service does not guarantee a perfectly fitting dress -we recommend you book a final fitting with your local seamstress to have any minor alterations made for your perfect fit - however, most people find our made to measure results in a very well fitted dress.

 Custom Colours - it is the buyers responsibility to ask for colour samples and ensure they are happy with the colour/shade before the item is made, any changes to the colour after the item is made will be charged as quoted and must be paid for before alterations are made.
Ryley & Flynn will not be responsible if you do not like the colour and have not asked for a colour sample.



If for any reason you would like to return your item (excluding dresses) simply contact us within 48 hours of signing for your order to arrange your return. All we ask is that it is returned within 7 days, in its original packaging, unworn and with all tags intact. No returns will be accepted after this time.

Items must be sent back using Royal Mail Special Delivery as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during postage.
Items in unused condition will be refunded in full, minus any shipping costs, within 30 days of our receipt of the goods.
In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund, exchange or repair the item as soon as possible. 

Refunds will not be given for used goods.

Due to Health & Hygiene Regulations earrings for pierced ears are strictly non-returnable.

Order Discrepancies 
Upon receipt of your order, please check that all items are as ordered and match the dispatch notice. Any problems should be notified to Ryley & Flynn Bespoke within 48 hours of receipt. If you have an item missing from your order please notify us within 48 hours. If you have not informed us of a missing/damaged item within 48 hours of you receiving the order, we will not be required to send a replacement or offer a refund.
